All staff concerned with our new Mazda have been very helpful there was a few changes prior to collection but overall it has been great. Mitch has kept in contact informing us of all changes. Today we had the privilege to meet lovely Alley she was an absolutely delightful informing two elderly owners how to use all features of a Mazda. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Took my car back in after they didn’t notice something and it’s broke more for them to tell me after hours that I can’t drive my car anymore and need to order a part. Phone call days later and speaking to all different people, only to be told they can’t find the part. 1 week later my car has come back dirty and my annual service wasn’t even completed. Ashley the receptionist at Hobart Mazda was awfully rude towards my partner and I. Will take my car else where.
